Philadelphia Scenic Works (PSW) believes safety is essential for our technicians and in the scenery we fabricate. PSW follows a comprehensive safety plan. Our work spaces and the scenery we provide always must be safe, above all else.

We believe in hiring the best scenic fabrication artists to maintain and/or improve the quality of professional theatre in the region. We practice policies that promote excellence.

We believe that the sustainability of the scenic fabrication industry is dependent on a strong group of carpenters, painters, & welders who create the work. By investing in these individuals, PSW will support the growth and development of this field, which can then better support the area’s arts industry as a whole.
