While it is central to our mission that we pay technicians a fair wage for their work, PSW is a startup and a nonprofit. We are only able to function thanks to generous donation of time from our board members and volunteers. If you are able to offer any time, we are always looks for help with facility improvement projections, marketing, development, and management.
